We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
We do NOT ship to the following locations:

- Hawaii

- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed from the above locations.
3. Processing Time
We process and ship orders within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Order processing occurs only on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays).
- Orders placed on U.S. holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Your order confirmation email does not mean the order has shipped. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Carriers
We ship via:
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier is determined based on your shipping address, package weight, and delivery efficiency. We do not accept customer requests to choose a specific carrier.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days (for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only).
This is an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- To change your shipping address, contact us at carvelmagnotta@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after shipment.
7. Heavy/Bulky Item Notice
This product weighs approximately 38 kg and qualifies as a heavy/bulky item. Please note:
- Ensure that at least two people are available to assist with unloading at the delivery address.
- Carriers will typically deliver to your door or garage but do not provide in-home or upstairs carry-in service.
- We are not responsible for extra charges or failed delivery due to no one being available to receive the package.
8. Taxes
Taxes are not included in the product price. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the destination state.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at carvelmagnotta@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt, providing your order number and photos/videos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
10. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
