About Our Store
From Over a Ton Down to 38 kg
Introduction
Traditional tire bead breakers start at 300 kg. Some go up to 1,500 kg. Those belong in factories and heavy truck shops. They need forklifts to move. They will never — ever — live in your home garage.
We brought that number down to 38 kg.
Not a “mini version.” Not a “lightweight copy.” A complete redesign.
Our Story
We’re a team of DIYers who work in our own garages. One day, we wanted to break down a tire at home. But every bead breaker on the market was designed for industrial use — massive iron blocks weighing hundreds of kilograms, bolted to the floor or moved only by forklift.
That’s when we realized: this tool was never meant for home users.
So we did something that sounded crazy: reinvent the tire bead breaker for the home garage.
We spent years cutting every unnecessary kilogram. Optimizing the structure. Testing over and over. In the end, we took a machine that once required a forklift and brought it down to 38 kg.
Why 38 kg?
Because that’s the limit two people can lift. That’s the weight an SUV or pickup truck can carry. That’s the size a home garage can accept. Any heavier, and it doesn’t belong at home.
About moving it
No, this unit doesn’t have wheels. Because breaking a bead requires absolute stability — wheels wobble, and we won’t compromise on “solid.” To move it, you’ll need two people or a small hand truck. You’ll only move it 2–3 times a year. At 38 kg, two adults can handle it.
About the air compressor
This tool requires your own home air compressor. An external source is more reliable, more durable, and cheaper to repair than any built-in pump.
One product. For now.
We’re not expanding until this one is unbeatable. Every unit is pressure-tested before shipping. It’s not light. But it’s solid.
