2. Product Use & Risk Disclosure
The tire separator (“Product”) sold on this website is specifically designed for household use, weighing approximately 38 kilograms and does not include an air compressor. Users are required to provide their own compatible external air compressor. By purchasing, you agree to:
- You will use the Product only for household tire removal tasks;
- You will read the user manual carefully before use and possess basic mechanical competence;
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your air compressor’s pressure rating is compatible with the Product. We are not liable for any Product failure caused by mismatched or faulty user-supplied compressors.
Risk Warning: Tire bead breaking involves high pressure, heavy objects, and potential rebound hazards. Improper operation may cause personal injury or property damage. You assume all risks associated with operating the Product. The website operator is not liable for any loss or injury resulting from misuse, modification, compressor mismatch, or failure to follow safety instructions.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to our final confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or force majeure.
- Payments are processed as indicated on the site. All transactions are settled in United States Dollars (USD).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- The Product weighs 38 kg and qualifies as a heavy/bulky item. We will ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Delivery estimates are approximate and subject to carrier performance.
- The customer must ensure that the delivery address has at least two persons available to assist with unloading. We are not responsible for extra charges caused by failed delivery due to no one being present to handle the heavy item.
- Cross-border Shipping: For addresses outside Hong Kong SAR, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and compliance with local laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from Product use (including but not limited to issues caused by user-supplied air compressors).
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the site or the Product shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
